Hi all
i need help on my reference letter.
i worked as a quality manager in sea food factory 4 years ago.
when i leaving from it i took my reference letter and it dont have my fulltime hours.
now the company changed the name.

so how can i get reference letter for my older letter head?

Get a new reference letter on the new letter head. In the letter, ask your company to mention their former name

For example, This is to certify that Mr. ABC was employee of YYY corp. (formerly ZZZ corp.) from 1-Jan-XX...... Don't forget to attach your old/original letter as well

If company is not issuing you letter now, then send old letter and include a Letter of Explanation ..... tell them about this name change and quote Url (http://www.ABC.com/DDD.html) of your company website or any internet news article that mention this name change.

Company's change names, merge or get buyed out all the time, so it's not a big deal, IRCC will understand. All the Best.
