[Need Help] Missed to add email id in application form 1294

Hi, I have applied for sds visa and missed to provide my email id in the form 1294.
Moreover my biometrics which have been given on 26th july has yet not been updated.

Any suggestions on what should i do to include my email id and also for biometric updates.
