Need help - Link paper based TRV application to track online

Hi How to link the application? I have been trying for the past 6 days but not able to link.

My Mom has only one name. Per CIC form instructions, I entered it in last name and no given name. Now when I leave given/first name as blank, system doesn't accept blank. Even I put it as one space, it still dosn't accept.

Can someone please help?
