I had sent my FSW application on May 24th,10 , it was returned today, I just got it.
It has a letter that requires me to send
1. completed IMM008 schedule 1:background /declaration by principal applicant and spouse.Gap in dates longer than three months.
2. Update till present.
You mentioned to resubmit the application with above documents.
my questions are as follows,
1. My returned application has a "Date of receipt stamp at post" of May24th. Should I be sending a completely new application all over again or send the same forms plus completed IMM008 schedule 1 asked by immigration officials?
2. My police clearance certificate from USA expired on july 2nd ,2010 issued on April 27th ,2010 (Over 3 months now) but it was actually still valid on the "Date of receipt stamp at post" of May 24th ,2010 if my application was not returned. Now do I have to get a new police clearance in order to resubmit my application or the old one should still be valid?
3. Immigration regional center have given me 60 days. It is immpossible to get the FBI clearance from USA within this 60 days.What could be the other alternative for this.
4.I have one more question regarding the current date.The application package that I recieved from buffalo,on one of the forms(the principal applicant one)there is stamp by buffalo immigration ,when the application was previously recieved by them. Do I send the same application form by principal applicant? or Should I send both the new one and the old one,so that they come to know that it is the returned application.
5. Also in the other forms(background information) Should I sign with current date or should I send the old ones with old dates.
Please answer my questions.i will higly appretiate your help.
