Hi Guys
My mum's visitor visa expires early Feb of next year and I want to reapply for a new visitor visa.
Her profile is :
1. Sold her business and house 2 months ago
2. Currently living in China temporarily due to my father's sickness and needed treatment there.
3. Is holding Fijian passport
4. Has her own house in China
5. Has been to China several times over 23 years but trips has been less than 3 weeks. She also visited Canada for only 2 days because she was accompanying me while I was on student visa before.
6. She will be paying for her own expenses
7. Has 2 kids both living in Canada. One is PR and another is on work permit.
Please advise what documents would strengthen her application other than what I plan to submit :
Documents:
1. Her bank statements
2. House purchase agreement
3. Letter of invitation
4. Travel history
5. Itinerary
Since my dad has to go to the hospital once a day in week for treatment, her trip to Canada will be 2 or 3 weeks at most. Another thing is that she's in China on a family visa so she's staying long term for more than 6 months. I'm worried that about the immigration status refusal since she wants to apply in China and not in Fiji.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
