Need help got a refusal from EE VO

Hello Everyone,

While I wait for the Delhi, IN Immigration office to respond to my email. I wanted to check what should be my next course of action in case they come back to me asking to start a fresh. I want to get working on gathering all the documents and do everything right this time without any leeway.

I'm reading through all the posts and articles on CIC, however getting a ton of contradicting statements from one another

Please help me get my thoughts straight:

• The only thing that concerns me is with the MPNP nomination letter, how do I get a new Letter Of Approval? Should I email MPNP Team?
• I got my ECA from WES around December 2017. that should still be good enough?
• Should I be repeating all the tests such as IELTS, Police verification, Medical, funds certificate from bank etc..

Yes, I believe you would have to contact Manitoba. Perhaps include your nomination letter and the IRCC rejection letter, explaining you have had to create a new profile and requesting they transfer the 600pts.

Your ECA is valid for 5yrs, so no worries there.

Depending on Manitoba's response, hopefully favourable, and how long it takes, you may need to repeat the PCC, medicals, but not IELTS (unless expired) and not bank certs.

On your question, YES your PR application was refused...so you'd need to answer truthfully.
Don't know the 2nd answer though.

Surely you'd remember if you've been denied a Visa or permit or asked to leave a country?

Could I ask about the Manitoba PNP though...was it easy to get them to allocate your 600pts to a new EE profile? What was the procedure, pls?

I would mark yes to the two. Better safe than getting banned for misrepresentation.

Hey @DanBhanu69 it took about 3 weeks for them to get back to me. I wrote to mpnpsupporter@gov.mb.ca it's recommended you send just one mail with all the info and wait for them to get back to you.

1. I was able to get a referral letter from both the companies, current and the past. While the current one has all my duties listed in it, my past employer wouldn't give me the same in detail, they have provided a generic one where it shows the period I worked for, my salary info, designation and generic duties performed... would this be enough?

2. In my ITA, for documents checklist, I now have been asked for "Employment Records (required)" & "Employment Records 2 (required)", I would like to know does it really matter with the order of documents I upload here?

I'm thinking of uploading my present / ongoing work info in - "Employment Records (required)"
and the past in - "Employment Records 2 (required)"

Thoughts?

I think you are saying you have detailed letter for job where you spent 3.5 years and not so detailed one where you spent 2 years. Given CRS points max out at 3 years, if I were you, I would move the 2 year experience to personal history and just have the 3.5 years in employment history. This way you only need to upload documents for that 3.5 year job. Job documentation is one of the biggest causes of review required and hence delay in application processing times. If you already know your documentation is deficient and you don't even need that experience to maintain points, I see no reason to take a chance.

But since it is your application so take a decision based on what you feel comfortable with.

There are many people who move work experience later to personal activities on FSW applications and it doesn't matter. I don't see any reason why it should matter in MPNP application as the CRS score is not changing.

Not sure what you mean by earlier application. But, in any case you will still list your previous work experience in "Personal History". It is just that anything listed under work history requires proof as per IRCC guidelines and if not needed to maintain CRS score you can always move it to Personal History.

Just check one more thing that your score on 6 factors doesn't fall below 67. CRS maxes out at 3 years but score on 6 factors maxes out at 6 years.
