need help for reapply

i got refusal on 17 dec
i passed my 12 in 2015 with arts with 75%
i applied under spp in langara college in associate of arts course i have 6.5 bands in ielts writing.6 reading.5.5 speaking.6 and listening.7
reason of refusal is mentioned under others section.....proposed studies are not reasonable
now i need help about reapply for visa what should i do now plz reply experts

I need help too. I was refused on 5th Jan with reason as others. I have ielts 7 band ,btech and 4 years of experience. I applied under general.

Why would you spend so much money to pursue a simple art education in Canada? Think about it. You will get answer for refusal.
