I just finished my undergraduate with a honour bachelor degree this year, but I was a part-time student in 2012 because I had a very terrible car accident (both leg and spine cracked), I couldn't go school for 3 months, so I had to drop some of my courses and became to a part-time student. Now CIC just rejected my work visa application for twice because of part-time in 2012, I explained everything and sent them my doctor note, lawyer's letter. They just said ' they have their own rules, can't change for personal reasons' That's not fair for me. What should I do? Thanks.
