Hi ,

I have yet to file the application for Canadian PR under FSW. Before applying I have some queries:-

I am married and based in India.I wanted to have PR only for me because due to continued disputes in my married life we are separated from nearly a year. Both the families are in talks of getting mutual divorce, it is not yet filed officially. My passport has married status on it. Is it possible to file the application only for me and I don't have to attach my spouse documents? What all supporting I need to provide under this situation?

Also is it late to apply for FSW? I am planning to take IELTS in Sep first week? In my scenario do I need to file it through consultant?

can anyone help me out?

You'll need to prove to CIC that you and your wife are no longer together. It would be best if you officially filed for divorce before you submit the application. You can then include the divorce filing as proof you are no longer together.

Which NOC are you planning on applying under?

Extremely likely it's too late. The cap has very likely already been reached for this NOC.
