Need help for Civi Engineer (how to apply express entry)

Hi

I am looking for immigration in Canada for Express Entry or Skilled worker program, but I dont know which one is better for me and how to apply?

So here are my details
Nationalty Pakistan
Education Diploma in Assoicate Engineer (Civil) Three years after Grade 12
Education finished 2017
Having 3 years experience in Interior Design and Architecture
Looking for express entry immigration or any others immigration program

My NOC are 2231 Civil engineering technologists and technicians & 2131 Civil engineers
My brother is also living in Ontario Canada.

The Federal Skilled Worker program is Express Entry. They are the same thing. Information here:
