application signed May 29,2020

Friends, my application (including fee) was returned today due to missing information. They highlighted a section 12b was missing. Its section to state years in which income taxes were filed in past 5 years.
Basically my printer somehow didn’t print that table.
Do i just update that table with an explanation letter and send it back or do i need new application form and physical presence calculator?
I was reading that “We must get your application within 90 days from the date you signed it.” Is this applicable since my original application was from May 29,2020?
I believe I dont need new photo as its within the six month window (just barely as photo taken on May 28, 2020)
