Need Help - Already Submitted Biometric in 2019 but Was Asked to Submit it Again

Hello all,

I submitted my visa application two weeks ago and my application didn't pick up my biometric in the system that I submitted in 2019. I was asked to give biometric again. Is there a way to waive this request? Has anyone had similar issues before? I tried to call 888-242-2100 but it says the number is not valid.

I am located in the US.
