biometric letter not recieved plz help from pak

hello, i have applied for visit visa canada again, previously had visa from 2016-2019 , biometrics 2016 to 2026 validity, i applied on CAN+ eligibility based on usa visa and canada visit in 2019. now i applied again and paid biometric fees to renew biometric for next 10 years as it was asked do u want to renew the biometric again, i clicked yes and paid fees. now i still not recieved the biometric letter ,its been 20 days, filled web forms multiple times, tried calling canada numbers but no response from them. can anyone guide what to do now ? how to conect with ircc team ? please help, will be highly obliged
