Help: I chose "Do you want to give your biometric again? Yes", yet I have not receive biometric letter

Hope all is well!

I have applied for tourist visa for my parents, my Mom has valid biometric but not my dad. Therefore, I chose "YES" for question "
Do you want to give your biometrics again" in my mom application to do the biometric with my Dad to have it synced. My dad has received Biometric letter but not my Mom. It has been a week now and I am not sure if I need to wait for my Mom biometric letter or I schedule My Dad biometric and do not wait for my Mom. I appreciate if you can guide me.
