NEED HELP/ADVICE

Hi i want to apply for OINP Masters stream..when ever they are open..

I have a doubt that for supporting docs as per application guide..they are asking for full applicant name

My full name is very biggg...but the thing is on my credit card statements and phone bills..my name was shorted due to limit of characters..plz suggest what to do???

I am having letter from bank stating my full name was so and so... they have checked my passport and my name was shorted in my account due to limited characters..

already i am sending the letter from bank ...in that case too do i have to include letter of explanation...can i get the sample letter
