I am from Guatemala and I am interested in studying in Canada but I desperately need help, I have completed Guatemalan high school which is 11 years of study, so I am aware that I need a further year of study to enrol in a Canadian university, that is called foundation year in the UK and its extremely common, almost every university offers it. However, I've been completely shocked to see how difficult it is to find these kind of program in Canada, I have contacted over 10 universities, all of which have told me I need an extra year to study, but none offer it, and when I ask them if there is an independent program that would make up for it, no one gives me an answer.
Could someone please refer me to some kind of consultant that can help me with this or tell me where is a good place to do this year in order to be able to apply normally to universities in a year time. If you could provide me with advice, or refer me to an advisor I could hire, it would be great. Thanks
