Gud day!

I got an email from CEM requesting for RCMP last feb 15 , i already send that last feb 17 but yesterday , CEM send me again for another letter requesting rcmp! What should i do? I forgot to write in there address the word "Loading dock 1" , does my RCMP lost?

Yap! Last week i tracked in the courier website and they said it was already delivered! Do i have to send another copy of my RCMP?
