I tried to submit the webform but cannot, they need Client Id or application number to submit the form

You don't need a client ID or app number. You can submit a Webform with just your name, DOB and email.

Really? I tried 2,3 times but it always said error because lack of either client id or app number. I will try it again, thanks. Hope I can submit the form

I just tried and was able to submit without a UCI or app number, so you are just choosing the wrong options.

Whay type of application you chose? I chose our type is application for pr and provincial nominee, apply via mail, maybe the applicants who apply online can submit? Not applicants apply via mail?

I 've just tried again, if I chose application for PR online, without client ID or app number I can go to the next step, but sadly we applied via mail so maybe it cannot submit
