we submitted a pr application, the docs has already arrived, but we didn't receive any thing from cic. However we found that we made a mistake on schedule A( form 5669) that we unintendially missed the information about the refusal of US visitor visa of me ( the spouse, my husband is main applicant). What do you think what we should do? Write a letter to explain to cic, submit a form again or withdraw the application and submit all the docs again? Thanks advance for advices

You could do is when you get Aor ( file number) upload new schedule A form and upload new one through webform. No need to withdraw current application. Just submit new schedule A and explain properly us refusal

Thanks for advice, but do you know is it effect on our application? I was a little bit scared because it maybe a misrepresentation mistake, and we dont want bad things happen
Do you know anyone that ever do that and receive a pr status? Thanks again

As long you tell them before they find out themselves. You should be fine . Do as soon as possible. Mistakes happen don’t worry. Just resend new schedule A as soon as possible

Don’t worry it happened with many people but if you tell them yourself instead they find out you are safe then. Just upload new form and properly explain reason regarding refusal

Submit the Webform ASAP. Don't wait for AOR. You want to have a record of yourself notifying IRCC about this as early as possible.
