It's fine for me its she didn't get the citizenship, but I want her father to pay child support every month which will add to her account till she become 18 and then she can use that money for her studies or whatever she wants. Alternatively till I'm alive I will takecare of my daughter, she is a blessing on me.

You will have to sue your ex-husband and determine paternity. I wouldn’t be counting on a large sum of money through child support payments.

Also I dont think her father will ever provide her required documents.

Even if it's a small amount today, I want her father to pay, as I'm not going to use a single penny for myself so one day there will be good amount for my daughter which she can use either for her higher studies or as per her wish.
