In Canada, the owner paid the commission to the realtor. No money is added in the rent except deposit.

okay. Thanks. Its different in Gulf. Here if an owner hired an agent , he is going to add his cost in the rent. So normally if you rent a house directly from the owner , the rent will be less

Hi, Could you please share the contact details of that realtor? I am looking for an apartment in Downtown as well.

That's not how things work. Landlord expects to pay 1 month rent to agent as cost of doing business. It shouldn't change the rent rate.
