Need expert advice for WES ECA cancelled order

Today i have received ECA decision and it says order has been cancelled.

Reason: too many name change.

History:
My wife name before marriage was Rachna Lalchandani.
After marriage her first and last name changed to Aanya Harchandani as per our tradition.

It's been 4yrs now after marriage and all her legal documents have changed to new name i.e. passport, Aadhar, pan card and even in organisations where she is working.

We have created WES account in new name. collected transcript from college which were in old name. Provided documents to support old and new name like Gazzette copy, affidavit for name change, marriage certificate and letter stating all above case.

Now my question is what need to be done to get ECA, coz WES has rejected our application stating too many name change.

But, before you send your documents to any other service provider, I'd suggest you call them first, tell them about your situation, and ask them to explain what you need to do (i.e. how and what documents to submit with your educational credentials), so that your documentation doesn't get rejected. Prepare your documents based on their directions and you should be fine.

You can try other assessment agencies. IQAS will be a good option here as they accept the name change document as proof.
