Hi , please read my case below


1year PG diploma -Ontario-Toronto
got 1 year PGWP work permit
started working in Manitoba,winnipeg NOC B (2173-system enginerr) from august 31st.2015 and about to complete 1year on august 31,2016 and already have employement letter dated upto sep2,2016 and outof job after that.
(apart from Have 3 years aborad experince )

work permit exipiration date-sept3 ,2016

I want to apply for Manitoba provincial nommine , MPNP says its required ongoing employement for manitoba skilled worker at the time of application

am i eligible to apply EOI? under manitoba overseas category?


and am i need to apply for Visitor visa to keep my status alive before sep3,2016?

suggest me what is the best option to stay and apply for provincial nommine?

Hi,

I thing you are eligible to apply as u have secured job offer. As one of the requirement of EE program.

But dont thing u have much time also u have give ur ielts and arrange other documents to gather.

I believe to should to stay more than the period given to you and apply from your home country

However, you can also speak to a very good immigration lawyer over their who can assist you better.
