Hi everyone.
I got ITA in the last draw #245 with CRS of 484 with wife accompanying. Our IELTS is expiring on April 17th, so we retook it in advance on April 1st and got a slightly lower score. I recalculated our CRS using the official calculator and got exactly 481, same as cutoff for our draw. Our EE profile was originally submitted June 2022, well before the tie-breaking rule. We were scrambling to get documents before April 17th
Based on the IRCC guidelines, are we in the clear? Can we take the full 60 days of the ITA to apply now?
Draw #245 details:
Rank required to be invited to apply: 7,000 or above
Date and time of round: March 29, 2023 13:44:01 UTC
CRS score of lowest-ranked candidate invited: 481
Tie-breaking rule: February 14, 2023 07:35:00 UTC
