May my message find all of u in the best of ur health and spirit. I have a query about experience of a medical doctor who is practisting in his own private clinic(registered) for the last 13 years and also visiting different registered hospitals on call for sugeries and treatment.is he eligibe for skilled worker ,fedral class immigration on the basis of this experience or he is required full time experience of a registered hospital? Also what kind of experience would u recommed?I want ur opinion pls guide and oblige.

Though self-employed ppl r supposed to file under BC stream, yet a Medic (due to his/her specialist quals) can file under FSW, even if s/he is practising privately.

Yes, he can, IMHO.

To prove self employment by a doctor, the supporting documents can be used :-
1. Registration documents
2. IT Return documents (3 years)
3. Reference letters from the visiting hospitals with duties performed there.
4. Business card
5. Letter of job duties being performed( self)
6. Reference letter from 2-3 patents.

As Captain said yes he can apply under FSW but he will need to provide all the related documents which are listed by explorer101.
