•Coordination with clients and Application SMEs to keep them updated on development progress and issues faced by
team along with managing client expectations.
•Service Management ticketing tool, resolving the incidents raised by the business stake holders.
•Analyzing the scripts and database based on the type of incident raised.
•Understanding the business Specification Documents and preparing the required Technical Specification documents.
