Hello all!

I received my ITA two days ago (yay, finally!) and am currently working on gathering all the documents required for my PR application.

I'm a little confused as to why my checklist mentions 'Police Certificates (Multiple) (required)'. I left my home-country two weeks after my 18th birthday and have been living in Canada since then. I was on a study permit, then on a post graduate work permit, and now I'm on implied status.
Do I really need to get a police clearance? Doesn't that contradict what CIC mentions on their website ("You must get one from each country or territory where you have lived for six or more months in a row since the age of 18.")?

Also, I currently live in a small town in BC which is not too far from Alberta.
Can I book my medical exam with an approved physician in Alberta? Or, does it have to be a BC doctor (I received 600 points through BC PNP)?

And, I have a Canadian degree in engineering. I'll be uploading a copy of my certificate as proof of my Education; I don't understand why I've been asked to also provide a Certificate of Qualification?

Thanks in advance for your help!

A: Thats a general instruction for all applicants (yes, including the word 'multiple'). So i suggest go ahead an put an LoE at the PCC placeholder right now.

Also, I currently live in a small town in BC which is not too far from Alberta.

A: You can book your medicals anywhere in the world from their list of panel doctors.

A: eAPR forms are not customized for each unique applicant. Not required. Upload and LoE to that effect.
Thanks in advance for your help!
