My mother is living in Canada and they are willing to sponsor my family to immigrate to Canada I am finding it very difficult to complete my sponsorship documentation.

Do you think you could elaborate on your situation a little bit? Is your mother a Canadian citizen or permanent resident? Who is she intending to sponsor, aside from you? How old are you? Are you her dependent?

Based on the information you have provided, your mother most likely cannot sponsor you for PR. She can only sponsor you for PR if she is single (no husband or common law partner), has no children in Canada, has no other family members living in Canada (e.g. siblings) and both of her parents are deceased.
