Hi,
Hope you can share your experience and thoughts on it. I’m working as CNC programmer and gonna apply under CEC Express Entry. My education background is different from what I’m doing right now. Its IT and Computer Science. Do CIC need related education for application? Please share your experience.

Regards

No they don't relate. Read below-

Note: The applicant does not need to demonstrate that they meet the “employment requirements” listed in the NOC occupational description.

Thanks, but my consultant is saying different thingy. They are putting in some category and for same my company is not agreeing
Ok, think like this, many people in the world working in banks without financial degrees so do this mean they are not skilled? A person with Electronic Engineering degree can easily work in IT sector. Your consultant is wrong and it clearly shows his/her lack of knowledge about the process. Stay away from them, you can do the process by yourself, most of us have done the process ourselves.

Education and work experience points have no relation between them. However for some regulated professional (doctors, dentists, architects etc) you must have related education. For example you cannot claim to be a medical doctor if you have an engineering degree.
Anyway I have provided you an official confirmation now decision is yours.

If I check there reviews. Nobody matches that. They are good in that way.
Its your money, your application and hence your decision. All the best. If you have doubts in future come here and clarify.
