Hi Dan,

Hope all is well on your end.

I got 474 points two weeks ago. I was confident that i will get better score if i apply for re-evaluation. I applied for re-evaluation. So on December 20, I got an email saying that my re-valuation is done. So I checked my celpip results and I got an extra score in Writing which resulted in 480 points. So I updated the same in my profile saying the test result date was December 20 since I got the email from Celpip on 20th. I got an invitation on 22nd december. I received my hard copy of the celpip results which shows my test date and also date printed of the test result. So they printed the copy on 21st december. However I updated my profile as December 20 since i got the email from them about the re-valuation. And now i cannot do anything since I already received invitation

What should i do in this scenario? Should I write a letter of explanation with a copy of the email i received from Celpip on December 20? Should i Explain the same to the CIC?

Could you please advise me on this? I will be very thankful.

Simply edit the date in your post ITA application. No LOE required.

I don't think it matters a lot for them that you certificate has been issued on the 20th or the 21st. The most important is that you have it the day you have received an invitation. So Just change the date as the expert above has suggested.
