Need advise

Dear all,
I would like to apply Temporary work permit on march2 from Abudhabi.I have already filled the all forms and gather all the required documents but still now i dont have any PCC from my past countries where i have worked.So is it ok after submitted the application and if Canadian embassy send the reference request letter than i would apply for PCC.

File you application , and in mean time arrange PCC , when you get them , mail them
