I got provincial interest through my express entry cic profile. I checked the eligibility criteria to get nomination. The guidelines says I should show settlement fund of $18250 for 3 person. Currently, I am working in Ontario.
I don’t have enough money to satisfy this criteria. My score is 444. Do you think I can annex a letter to state that I am earning to support myself and also my family? I don’t know it is worth to try for $1500

if they're following the same rules re:settlement funds as the FSW stream, then no a letter saying you're working won't do. they'll want to see the funds in your account.
