Hello,

I am engineer and completed my Masters in Canada with two co.op terms in last April'2014 & right now I am working for an engineering company in Canada.

I am not sure about federal skilled worker or Canadian experience class

My Profile:

Masters from Canadian University.
Ielts (not given)
Professional Job.
age: 28
almost 2 year experience in back home

Can anybody recommend me that in which category I have to apply? or what pre work should I start now?. As I will be eligible to apply for express entry in July'2015.

Thanks in advance.

Yes you qualify for EE, and remember that starts on January 1 2015, not July.

The first thing I would do, is to discuss with my employer its willingness to apply for an LMIA to make things as easy and as quickly as possible. If they say yes, then you are IN man!!!..

Let me know if this makes sense to you.

One thing more is that any Fees for an Employer to apply for an LMIA? as I know Canadians, its hard for them to spend money :p. If its free and easy, may be they will go for it.

Actually under EE it is free of charge for employers as long as your occupation and job offer intended is under the NOC 0, A or B.

Unfortunate that few realize the importance of mentioning the PROVINCE! If you graduated and are working in Ontario, for example, you could be eligible to apply under the Ontario PNP program.

PNP programs will become more important as there are 2 paths - EE (with a 600pt bonus) and the regular PNP path.

Could you help me out with information on what provinces offer PNP options less difficult? or with a chance for obtaining a PNP being outside of Canada? Or is PNP more of a miracle if you are not already on Canada?

The only provinces that you could possibly apply for are Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Nova Scotia. Spots are limited and get filled out pretty quick. The rest - no options for people outside of Canada.
