Need Advice - PCC from Dubai is not attainable

Dear Exquisite Members.

I am an OINP applicant waiting for next draw for an ITA. I have received a past rejection due to incomplete application; i submitted Certificate of Good Conduct only, while they needed Certificate of Non-Conviction as well. They haven't sent additional documents request and the response was within 3 days of eAOR. I created an new EE and transferred my points and everything is fine now.

However, I have stayed in Dubai for 7 consecutive months between 2010 and 2011, and I am not able to get a PCC because i didn't have a Residency Card or AKA (Emirates ID) - I was on a temporary work visa. I have tried everything from embassy to police depots, to internal affairs there through family and they just can't issue such letter without being a citizen or a resident with Emirates ID.

I am afraid to get another rejection on next ITA due to incomplete application - missing PCC UAE/Dubai - so what can I do?

Hi there,

I am about to request the PCC from Abu Dhabi, and I do see anywhere written about this type of document. It only says Certificate of Good Conduct. How did you find about that other document?

I forgot to clarify that the 2 requires docs are for Jordan. I need the PCC from Dubai which i csnnot attain due to not having a previous emirates ID.

Check CIC website there is a section about PCC per country foe required docs.

Kindly take the help of "Genius group" an agent who can help you obtain UAE PCC. Search on google.

Not yet gonna try calling genius group that sushsmart15 here mentioned. Hope it works but on their website i saw that one of the requirements is the passport with the past/current residency on it... which leads back to the same problem.

Thanks, for OINP they have criteria such as CRS score between 400-450 and having an NOC in certain areas, you have to check OINP website to check their requirements.
