Need advice for EE application with my name!

Hi guys,

So I'm in the process of applying for EE and got some queries. My name in Passport (and other national identities, bank accounts and also work history) is like below:

John Carter (that is simple First and Last names)

While in educational certificates, my name is: O John Carter (that is First and Last names along with initial)

Now what issues or problems I'm going to face in the EE process? (If there is at all)

Also, since I will be doing my ECA with WES, should I mention on WES online application that my educational certificates are in different name than my registered name on WES?

Well... i though i'll share... i've a father's name in my passport - but my UK educational institutions never mentioned it... no issues for me.

Where did they get your intials from if it is not in the passport?

I always had the initial in my school and then in University. But I have managed to get the National IDs, Bank accounts, etc without the initial. Hence there is no initial on Passport too.
