Need Advice | Canadian work experience

Dear members,

Sorry about the long read. I wanted to confirm whether I can select "1 year" in the CRS tool for
"Work Experience
i. In the last ten years, how many years of skilled work experience in Canada do you have? "

Based on my research on the forum I think I know my answer , but I would still like to re confirm.

- I have worked for the same company, which has offices in my country & Canada , performing similar NOC duties
- I went to Canada for work for the same company 4 times for different durations.
- I am listing the visa validities, and my actual length of stay in Canada.
  1. Visa Validity : 30/05/XX - 28/11/XX
    • Actual physical stay in Canada : 09/06/XX- 27/08/XX ( Approx 2.5 months )
  2. Visa Validity : 04/01/YY - 03/01/ZZ
    • Actual stay : 12/01/YY - 03/10/YY ( Approx 8 months )
  3. Visa Validity : 26/02/ZZ - 25/01/AA
    • Actual stay : 14/03/ZZ - 30/03/ZZ ( ~ 2 weeks )
    • Actual stay : 18/04/ZZ - 18/10/ZZ ( ~ 5 months )
- In between I was still working for the same company in my country for same Canadian client and performing the same NOC duties

Please provide your feedback.

I don't think you can count this as a Canadian experience. The job to be counted as a Canadian experience should be continuous 12 month job. And then you might have travelled like a onsite person you were not a Canadian payroll.
 
I beg to differ. I am an FSW outland applicant, and I received an ITA based on non-continuous work experience. Moreover, I was on the canadian payroll as some of my assignments were > 6 months.
