My question is complicated, bottom line is my dad did not inform CIC of a new addition to the family, baby born in feb dad came in April. Now they have denied him.
They have send us a letter that we can appeal, am thinking we need a lawyer to represent us, my dad has no money for lawyers but I think it would be best considering the situation.
Have u ever been to a appeal hearing before and are lawyers really necessary
