i have spouse sponsor case
in generic application form for canada i have to fill dependants portion is it necessary to fill dependants portion or shall i leave it? n if i want to sponsor my parents in future dose it effect

For dependants it means your kids. If you don't have any kids then you can leave it blank.

For your parents, you just include them on the family information form. I've never heard of someone putting their parents down as dependants.

You don't include your parents as dependents in your spousal PR application.

Parents sponsorship is a whole separate application with it's own rules and requirements, that will be done only AFTER you get PR and qualify.
