I missed a call from Buffalo VO asking me questions. They asked me to call back as soon as possible, but I didnot call them afried of talk to immigation officer about somthing I donot know and might my answer will not satisfy her. Few weeks latter, she sent me a letter with medical and fund proof request.
If I return her call, I belive I will save a minmimum of two moths or more and not put my file back to a shelf. I have medical done in advance for another application, but when she sent me new one, I did the new one. If I called here back, I may told her that I have medical done, and she can put request on the file, My file will be uptaed by Ottawa health section. And, I may have my VISA.
I problem becoame more complecated, as they took the "medical results has been recived" and sent me medical furthance?
I first medical exam is paased and the second one is under review for 5 months now.

In my opinion:
When VO call, my advice to return call. VO try to complete your assessment asap. He/she donot want to spent alot of time on one application and want to take your applucation away from the desk.
If applicant did not asnwer, they simply sent a letter and put the file back waiting for second trun which typucall 2-4 moths.
