NDVO PCC submission help please!

hello!!
i got my AOR2 from NDVO and they asked for fee receipt and PCC. As my PCC is not there with my file because neither i included in application package beforehand nor mississauga requested it i have to submit it.Kindly guide me how i can send PCC to NDVO as no instructions for submission of PCC is given in email.Any help will be appreciated.

Post PCC though mail i mean courier to the address of High commision of canada in delhi. i mailed it on 3rd August my PCC.

From passport seva kendra you can take appointment . Next day appointment you will get then on the same day they will give you PCC mail it to new delhi then.
