Help about PCC.

Hello everyone i sent my Original PCC 3 weeks ago to VO Rome by Fedex as they asked for the Original.It was delivered and the person who signed was the Security Guard..I don't know if the PCC was sent to the Officer that is processing my case or not..
-Can i send an email to the VO Rome to ask if the PCC was attached to my application?Does it affect my application?
-How can i know if the Officer took it or not?

The background Check is still Not applicable since the day they recieved the PCC.

Any help is appreciated.

They requested a document. You sent it. They signed for it. .... You panicked.

It's not like the office gets a piece of mail once every six months, and leave it languishing in the corner while they figure out what it is. They do this every day (and a great many times each day). The documents you sent will be matched to the file.
