Hi all,

I am a CSQ applicant, staying in India and my file is with the NDVO. I have received a medical request and will be getting my medicals done tomorrow that is on the 24th. I received an update on 16th October 2018 asking me to pay the RPRF the same day and also submit my MR in a month. I received this message at around 9.30 pm and hence I made the payment the next day itself. I even sent them the update about the payment. However when I checked in the morning today in the 'View Application' section I saw that they are still asking me for the RPRF upload. I have uploaded it immediately however even after uploading the file I am getting the same status, "RPRF Required". with a red star mark. I have the following questions about medicals and the RPRF:

1. How much time does it normally take to clear the medicals once they are done?
2. How much time does it normally take to receive the PPR once the medicals are cleared? (I am asking this question because I have seen many receiving the PPR in a month while many have received in about 2 1/2 months).
3. In spite of uploading the file why is it still showing the RPRF Required status?
4. Is it a problem that I paid the next day after receiving the RPRF request?

My Details:
Application Received: May 8th 2017
AOR Received: July 28th 2017
RPRF Request: October 16th 2018 (Paid: October 17th 2018)
Medical Request: October 16th 2018

Kindly help as some very important decisions are dependent on your answer.

check under " view submitted application" section.
if there is option to upload the reciept then your reciept is not properly uploaded. did you completely finish the upload process ?

if the upload option is not there , then wait for some days. they may take some time

Under the details section it says Replacement Provided and then says Uploaded file name: with the file name uploaded. I had initially uploaded a different file and then changed it to the RPRF receipt hence "Replacement Provided"
