NDVO APPLICANTS CONNECT HERE WHO RECEIVED MR & AWAITING FOR PPR

The MR email it says "If you have not yet done so, please submit Police Clearance Certificates for all from each country/state where the residence period has been six months".... My question is do I need to submit the Police Clearance Certificate again when I already submitted it when i filed my application with IRCC?
Please check and advise.

File received by CIC: Feb 17, 2017
File Transfer to Delhi Immigration: March 9, 2017

Medical, RPRF and Scanned Passport pages Request: June 8, 2017

As soon as you finish your medical and RPRF, Scan both document and reply by mail.

After that courier all those documents as we are processing our application paper based.
