When you submit the application, in the assets column you can mention it, for eg:- If you have properties worth 100K CAD, add to it the amount which you are planning to bring later, let's say, you want to borrow 50k CAD from your parents and bring to Canada later. Then mention in the assets column 150 K.
You cannot bring money to Canada which you have not declared before, once you have declared the assets, later when they ask you can tell them that you have sold your property and this property has been declared already. Whatever you bring, it should be declared.
