The thing is I have received cic ITA in current ee profile which was created by consultant, now if I don't continue with him will withdraw my ee profile. At this stage what should I do?

This is an extortion. Inform CIC about what happened try with their help to takeover your account and revoke his appointment as your representative

i guess NOC is determined from your duties written on the exp. letter

Is there anyone from Dubai/Abu Dhabi here, who have obtained Police Clearance Certificate from Indian Consulate/Embassy? Could you please tell within how many days the PCC got issued? Is it issued from India or being issued from Dubai/Abu Dhabi only?
