Hello Jamen, since you have initially mentioned that you are maintaining more then one bank account now with an additional document request from NBPNP for your personal net worth form I will say it is safer to include details for the other account as well and if you don't have enough field to accommodate the bank details on the form you can always attach an excel sheet or maybe just a blank paper and staple it with your personal net worth form.

Hello Folks,


Just received ADR today , they are asking me to provide "Personal Net Worth Form" and asking me to state all account numbers I provided documentation for on the form as only one account appears.

My question is:

1. Do I have to update my "Personal Net Worth Form" by changing currencies (since I used the rates of august for USD and EUR accounts) and the date of the form before i sign it?

2. When I submitted the form in August I gave detailed transactions of 2 banks, but gave Bank statement of only 1 bank which had my main bank account. Do you think I should this time include the account numbers of the second one as well?? if yes, there is no space for it , how can I submit this information?

I have read somewhere in this forum that you can renew the same profile. Nevertheless, I strongly advise that you contact NB immigration office and let them know about these changes. It is an opportunity to inquire about your file

Hi Giva333,

You can send an email to them informing the change. Mention your new EE Profile No. and JSV Code. In the subject, should mention your AOR # and New EE profile No. I had done so but, since there was no reply from them, last week I called up their office and informed about the change and also about my email. She then checked it and confirmed back by mail that they have updated in their system.

You must inform them the new EE Profile No. or else your application become ineligible.

- Job Seeker Validation Code

I checked the documents that I submitted, my work experience is already updated on Page2. For my spouse work history, I have input N/A as she is not working in Page5. The only change I see is to modify spouse work experience from N/A to unemployed as mentioned in the form.

I intend to send the NBPNP 003 form again with the above change in Page 5 accompanied with Letter of explanation.

Any advise please

Please email them to update the same.

1) New CIC EE letter showing New EE # & Job Seeker Validation Code
2) Letter which comes to your email mentioning the expire of the old EE number (Optional)
