Guys, it takes on an average 8-10 days after ur package is "delivered"...

That's the average now... ANd since there have been many applications received in last 2 weeks, be prepared for 10+ days wait...

Mine was delivered on 17th August to Gallant by the way...

Dears i gotta question PLIZ HELP as promptly as possible: it turned out that NBPNP-001 Declaration of commitment should be filled by spouse separately which I did not do in main app package so should I now send it separately mentioning my PNP number or wait until they request it???

First of all, did ur spouse sign the same form? Or she did not sign at all???

If she has not signed at all, I recommend u should fill that form and same with consent form again by u and ur spouse (separately this time) and send it to the same address with an explanation letter...

But if she has signed in the same form, I would wait for ADR (they may not ask for it)...

I have attended the Information session where I got ITA after submitting my EOI by hand and signed on it, I have sent my application but without the EOI since I gave it to the representative, do you think I should send it again along with my application or it was enough that I gave it to NB representative?

Any help is appreciated

01. In the checklist, it is mentioned for the form "Declaration of Commitment" that principal applicant and spouse has to complete. Do i need to print 2 forms and one should be signed by myself and other by my spouse? If so the form is only for the principal applicant, do i need to mention in the form for my spouse explicitly? Secondly who can be the witness in these forms?
Answer) Print the same form twice, one for you and one for your spouse and fill it and sign it
02. In the form "Consent Form for Skilled Worker Applicants", what should i write for "Signed at_________________,by" as the name of the applicant, signature and date is below? Also should this form be completed separately by the spouse also as it is mentioned in the checklist or we both can sign on the same form.
Answer) You need to find a witness, public employee and sign at his work place or his location, I asked a lawyer to do this for me
03. In the checklist, point No. 9 ( Canadian Educational Credentials for Degrees, Diplomas or Certificates ), do we need to send the copies of our degrees and post secondary educational certificates, i have my Bachelors degree attested by foreign office in Pakistan and my matriculation certificate attested by board there. For Intermediate ( Plus 2), i haven't done the attestation. I have the originals attested. Do i need to get the copies attested and for the transcripts they are asking for original, is it true we need to send original.
Answer ) id your ECA from WES, you need to log in and pay 75$ and ask them to send it to NB, for other ECA profvider, I believe you have to send them a consent form asking them to send your ECA to NB
04. In the checklist, point No. 14 ( Identity and Civil Status Documents ), they are asking for birth certificates, i don't have them whereas i have the National IDs from Pakistan which states the date of birth and also the passports states the date of birth, will that be enough?
Answer) You have to provide from your home country

1 - Yes, u need to print 2 forms... Declaration as well as consent, for both of them... You sign one and ur spouse other. Witness could be anyone but not ur parents, kids, spose or even siblings... Avoid direct family...

2 - Signed at should be the place where u r signing it... It may be ur office or witness' office... If it is house, write address as well... And we do not need to send original education documents. And yes, 2 forms again.

3 - Did u study in Canada? DO u have dregree from Canadian university/College? IF no, then it is not applicable. U can submit ECA using wes website and adding NB Govt as an additional recepeint... Pay $75.71 and then send them a message using their contact us form asking for refund.

4 - I am not sure... I think Birth Cirtificates are required. Contact the people in ur country who knows how to get one and if required, generate one and get urself registered.

If you have got spot ita... Means they handed u ita in session, you do not need to have eoi in the application (since u actually handed it to George I guess)...

But if u received ITA in email (meaning u sent EOI and waited for email and in 2 months u received an email inviting to apply).... Then it is clearly written that u have to add eoi..

So read ur ITA, if it asks to add eoi, add it...

In case of Express Entry -Province Nomination Program- Is there any restriction to stay in that province for long duration like 2 years or so ? What is exact duration? Is there any legacy bonding to stay there ?
If we does not stay there , is there any impact on getting citizenship in future?

Please clarify these queries as I am really confused.

The whole idea of the PNP is that they want you to stay in their province and work there, that should be your intention
