Hi Guys, I am renewing my residency permit here in Dubai, is it a must to inform NB ?
if yes, please advise how should I inform them ?

I believe you can send them an email explaining that your resident visa is renewed, scan and attach a copy. in the email mention your pnp number

Someone asked about resident visa renewal intimation...I actually did intimate them by sending them my renewed UAE visa and they confirmed within couple of hours of email that they did the update in my file...

last three times when I communicated with them for EE renewal, my resident visa renewal, family's visa renewal..I got response within few hours confirming the update being made in my file...

but no nomination news still....162 days passed today...They are treating 1111 like their step child....

I already uploaded all documents to the online CIC application, also made all the payments. How do i submit the application?

In the las page of the application, where all supporting documents are uploades, there is optiom/button to finally submit the application. How do i do this.

I do not think it has got anything to do with that either.
NB is just overwhelmed with the number of application received.

In case NBPNP decides to pause, or reject, let us all hope that they at the very least, for courtesy, inform the applicants who were earlier informed that the processing is only two months.I hope they tell us yes or no or wait for X months so we can also move on with other options rather than our points going low while not hearing anything back.
