There was an update, with next session of NB stated on their website. They are in Romania and Moldovia. Those in Romania are nowhere close to the Bucuresti.

I have attended to the information Session in São Paulo and sent my EOI last week.
I received an e-mail with some information but no AOR number although the e-mail says my application will be processed.

I scored 68 and applied under NOC 2133 is that a problem?
If I am selected and immigrate to New Brunswick I am eligible to apply to APEGNB as a member-in-training (in case I find a job as an engineer) and after completing 1 year of experience under supervision of a P. Eng.I can will be eligible to apply as a P. Eng.

To answer Why are you a god candidate do NB I have contacted the Opportunity New Brunswick (onbcanada.ca) and the Aerospace and Defense Association and received the answer that there is a potential growing market in this area and I have justified that I can support the province economy growth and be part of it growing together.
I wrote my answer in the e-mail body as the form space was not enough, should I re-send my application adding the answer to the EOI pdf file or is it ok to send in the e-mail body?

I can take the French exam and I believe I can get more than CLB 5, is it relevant to add 4 more points to the final score?

These sessions are only for people selected by the employers listed on the page. I see there is one company listed for Bucharest, in IT: Appnovation. They will be in Kiev, Chisinau and Bucharest in Oct. Very specific skills though....

After a month or two they will do the first review of your application. You will be notified if you will need an additional document requirement. Your application will be reviewd 3x.

I noticed that while NB is still conducting Info Sessions, they are extremely selective with the applicants they are looking for nowadays. Maybe it's because we're close to year end and they have enough applicants as it is.

Hopefully they ease up next year and open their doors to more applicants
