I am curious to know what if someone don't hear back from NB Immigration office even though he got AOR ? For example if someones AOR number is 556 and no additional document is requested and no nomination is issued after three month of AOR then what should he do ? It seems that the quota of 425 has attaained for this year. Although i am surprised to see that they have issued 1200+ AOR. Anybody has any authentic information regarding this ?

AOR #669 here, and I already was asked for additional documents (09/19)

Documents were sent yesterday, the 20th. Expected delivery on fredericton on monday 26th.

Just curious that if your case against NBPNP policy with only applying its PNP as you said you submit for NS earlier as well?

candidates got ita for nbpnp base on eoi. you got nominated only if your docs submitted same as eoi provided to gain enough scores. if any docs misstated from eoi or not satisfy them, profile will be on hold until additional docs sent or withdraw by applicant. so for sure not everyone who got ita is guaranteed to be nominated. it is like first come first serve system to me. does it make sense?

Technically, upon receiving ITA, NB has no reason to reject your application for as long as the documents provided were accurate and correct.

The dealbreaker with the issuance of nomination is if they have enough people already, they can choose to put all other applications on hold; or close the program until they need people again. Under that circumstance, things are beyond our control already

we will just hope our applications wont be put on hold or close their program that easily. there are a lot of hopeful candidates including me ;D waiting may worry us but as what ive observed application processing is still on. giving out ADRs are fast moving while giving nominations takes a little longer.

It seems that ITA process is on hold now. However, there is no announcement on their website that they have stopped receiving them (like they closed open category). So they may be receiving more and more EOIs each day, but still not answering them...

Didn't they tell you when they will resume issuing ITAs? It would be frustrating if they terminate it early for 2016.

Anyone know when next NB PNP information session will be conducted and where ? I checked the website but it does not say anything for upcoming information session ? did they discontinue the program ?

My application with NS is not under review yet, so it doesn't count as an active application. As soon as I get a positive response from NB I'll request for my papers to be sent back to me, before they even start analyzing it.
